A single-channel, efficient motor cooling system and a top discharge port save space. Automatic operation is possible simply by connecting a power source. Drought operation is prevented when the water level drops, making it convenient for use in densely populated residential areas at night. The pump starts when the entire electrode is submerged or the water level rises to the electrode. When the water level drops below the electrode and no longer conducts water, a timer activates and the pump stops after approximately one minute.
