3M(TM) Polyester Tape 853 is a tape with a polyester backing and an acrylic adhesive. It has excellent solvent resistance and is suitable for protection and masking on aircraft.
Critical label protection requiring resistance to jet engine fuel, hydraulic fluids, and lubricants. Aerospace applications requiring FAR flammability ratings. Sealing critical areas from moisture ingress.
