3M adhesive transfer tape is a double-sided tape made of adhesive only, with no substrate. It is a transfer tape (without substrate) type. It is heat resistant enough to withstand the solder reflow process.
Because there is no base material, it can be easily made thin, and properties such as heat resistance and high transparency can be added, and with a wide variety of options not available from other companies, it can be used for a variety of applications and substrates. Applications: Fixing FPC to housings, fixing reinforcing plates.
