Informasi Produk
Description
It is possible to drill holes in reinforced concrete (up to 3mm rebar) dry without using water.
The center pin method and cutting using only rotational force significantly reduce vibration and noise.
Complete set including center pin, body, and shank assembly.
The body can be easily replaced without tools, and can be easily attached and detached with one touch.
The specifications have been changed so that a safety cover that was not possible with previous models can now be attached.
Reinforced concrete, resin-based artificial marble, extruded cement board, mortar, soft siding board, blocks, bricks, porcelain tiles, stone materials
*When using on porcelain tiles or stone, be sure to cool the blade before use.
*Please note that the cutting edge may wear quickly on concrete that has not been cured for a sufficient period of time.
*If used in vibration/impact mode, it may cause the blade to fall off or other malfunctions, so be sure to use it in "rotation mode."
*Please note that violent insertion and removal movements during drilling (where the cutting edge hits the bottom or wall of the hole) or tilting the tool excessively can also cause malfunctions.
*Please be sure to use this product in a dry environment. Using it in a wet or nearly wet environment will not only shorten its lifespan, but may also result in reduced work efficiency.
*Please perform dressing (sharpening and opening the teeth) in the following cases.
*If the sharpness of the tool decreases during drilling. *If the cutting edge becomes burnt or discolored. *For dressing, perform normal drilling operations on a heavy (hollow) block or GC/WA grinding wheel.
*The dressing process is complete when diamond particles protrude from the cutting edge surface and lines in the direction of rotation are clearly visible.
