Kitagawa Iron Works High-precision large through-hole diameter hollow power chuck BR series

The next-generation BR series chuck boasts incredible precision. Immediately after jaw formation, gripping accuracy is 0.01mm TIR or less. Jaw lift is minimal, ensuring stable processing quality. By using the optional special T-nut (Tnut-Plus), gripping accuracy is 0.01mm TIR or less even after jaw removal. Jaw remolding is not required. Highly repeatable jaw installation eliminates the need for expensive special jaws. Kitagawa Iron Works' standard soft jaws (SJ type) can be used, making them extremely economical and easy to procure. They can easily be replaced with your current Kitagawa chucks, the B-200 and BB200 series. You can continue to use your current rotary hydraulic cylinder, allowing you to achieve the highest performance at the lowest cost.
*The mounting repeatability of Tnut-Plus can only be achieved with Kitagawa's designated soft jaws. Using other jaws will not only reduce gripping accuracy, but may also lead to seizure of the chuck sliding surface or damage to parts. *With BR12, gripping accuracy is 0.015mm TIR.
