Work efficiency is improved by the core residue discharge mechanism of the body (replacement blade) + stepped center drill.
A retainer lock mechanism is used to prevent the body from falling off when the work material penetrates.
One-touch attachment / detachment of the body (replacement blade) is possible.
Sharp sharpness, light and comfortable workability: The blade uses bimetal high-speed steel, and the blade thickness is only 1 mm. We promise sharp sharpness and light and comfortable work.
Core debris discharge mechanism: By combining the special processing of the tip of the body and the combo center drill, the center drill can be inserted diagonally into the body, improving the work efficiency of core debris removal.
3-flute: A 3-flute that divides chips into 1/3 of the cutting width and has a cutting edge on the inside, so scraps are discharged smoothly. Also, by sharing the role of cutting, chipping of chips has been drastically reduced.
Cutting of metal sighting, steel plate (HB200 or less), stainless steel plate (10 mm or less), pipe material, aluminum plate (5 mm or less).
* Metal drilling with a charging shank or impact driver is not possible.
* Do not use the shank conversion adapter. It may cause damage to the cutting edge.
* Do not rotate in the reverse direction during use. It may cause damage to the cutting edge.
* Use the combo center drill (CDH-6X110K) when drilling holes in metal plates with a plate thickness of 15 mm or more.
* Use the electric drill specified by Hall Saw.
* Before attaching or detaching to the motor, make sure that the start switch is turned off, and be sure to unplug the power plug from the outlet before doing so.
* Due to friction during drilling, the product body, chips, and drilling surface are hot. Never touch it with your bare hands.
* Please wear clothes suitable for your work. In particular, wear protective goggles to prevent chips from getting into your eyes.
