Kitagawa Iron Works 2-jaw high-precision large through-hole diameter hollow power chuck BRT series

The two-jaw chuck also achieves next-generation high precision. Gripping accuracy is equivalent to that of the three-jaw BR series. Gripping accuracy immediately after jaw formation is 0.01mm TIR or less. Jaw lift is also small, ensuring stable processing quality. It can be easily replaced with your current Kitagawa BT200 or BBT200 series chuck. By using the optional special T-nut (Tnut-Plus), gripping accuracy remains 0.01mm TIR or less even after jaw removal. Jaw re-forming is not required. Highly repeatable jaw installation eliminates the need for expensive special jaws. Kitagawa Iron Works' standard soft jaws (SJ type) can be used, making it extremely economical and easy to procure.
*Repeatable installation of Tnut-Plus can only be achieved with soft jaws specified by Kitagawa. Using other jaws will not only reduce gripping accuracy, but may also cause seizure on the chuck sliding surface or damage to parts.
