This is normal. As you turn the volume clockwise, it will start rotating. *In the above cases, do not leave power tools and equipment with electricity running. If you leave the unit unintentionally stopped for a long time, the motor may overheat and excessive current may flow. *When rotating at low speed, there may be a "clicking" sound, but this is a feature of the feedback control of this device and is not a malfunction. *The number of revolutions varies depending on the ambient temperature and the specifications of the electric equipment. *Do not use for dangerous equipment such as winches and hoists. * Depending on the area, noise may enter radio wave receivers such as radios. * 1 electric device is used for 1 unit. *This device is for deceleration only.
