Description
Pressure adjustment work is easy with the push-lock type knob. A compact regulator that allows pressure adjustment in the middle of piping due to its compact design. Easy and reliable pressure adjustment work with a push-lock type knob. Lock nuts can be prevented from loosening due to mechanical vibrations, etc. The new structure increases the flow rate by approximately 1.4 times compared to the current product. *1.Set the pressure in the rising direction (clockwise). Accurate setting is not possible in the descending direction (counterclockwise). *2.Do not excessively turn the pressure adjustment knob counterclockwise from the fully open state or clockwise from the fully closed state. Doing so may damage the pressure adjustment knob and the main unit. In addition, the pressure adjusting screw and pressure adjusting nut are stuck together, which may cause the torque of the pressure adjusting knob to increase. *3.The pressure adjustment knob is locked when pushed and unlocked when pulled. After adjusting the pressure, be sure to lock it. If it is used in an unlocked state, the knob may rotate and the pressure may change. *4.When the pressure adjustment knob is pushed in, it may stop at an intermediate position between the locked state and the unlocked state depending on the rotation position. Since it is not completely locked in this state, make sure that the pressure adjustment knob is pushed to the locked position. *5.Forcibly rotating the knob when it is locked may damage the lock mechanism. *6.The orientation of the gauge on models with a gauge can be rotated in any direction. Applying excessive force to the gauge cap may damage the gauge or cause poor readings, so grasp the base and rotate it. *7.The gauge accuracy of the pressure gauge is ±5% (FS). If you need accuracy, please check and adjust the pressure with a corresponding pressure gauge separately. ※8.If the secondary side is open to the atmosphere, resonance may occur due to the influence of the flow rate.
