Description
Can be used with water (liquid).
The main body is made of PP, which is ideal for clean environments.
The resin body is clear (semi-transparent) so the fluid (liquid) can be seen.
Hygiene is also easy to check.
Ideal for fields that require "no copper-based metal materials in the flow path," "low concentration ozone countermeasures," and "grease-free."
The metal material is SUS304, and the rubber materials are valve seal: FKM, elastic sleeve: EPDM (optionally changeable to FKM or NBR).
Operating pressure reduced from 10kPa (0.01MPa) to 5kPa (0.005MPa).
It is now possible to ensure flow even at pressures that would not work with conventional products.
Reduces noise compared to conventional products.
No springs are used in the structural parts.
*1. If used under conditions where the pressure difference between the primary and secondary sides is extremely large (e.g., the secondary side is open to the atmosphere), the impact during operation may damage the valve body packing, and in the worst case, fragments may flow downstream.
*2. Depending on the operating pressure and flow rate, chattering of the valve disc may cause abnormal noise.
*3. Please note that EPDM (sealing rubber material) has poor resistance to mineral oils and is therefore not suitable for piping within general pneumatic circuits.
*4. As this is an oil-free model, the tube will be tighter to install than the standard type. When using, please make sure that the tube is inserted all the way to the end. Applying a safe liquid to the tube when installing will improve the fit.
*5. Always use the valve with a differential pressure of 10 kPa or more in the check direction. A differential pressure of less than 10 kPa may cause check leakage.
*6. When continuous pressure is applied in the check direction, the pressure may be higher than the minimum operating pressure indicated depending on the ambient temperature and application time.
*7. Corrosiveness varies depending on the usage environment. If there is concern about adverse effects on machinery or equipment, please conduct an evaluation in advance based on the usage conditions.
*8. Leakage is permitted, so please do not use it in a way that requires zero leakage.
*9. Due to the structure of this product, the intrusion of foreign matter may cause a check leak. Be sure to install a filter upstream of the piping.
*10. When using this product with water, depending on the water quality and usage environment, limescale may build up inside the product, causing backflow leakage. If backflow leakage occurs due to limescale, ultrasonic cleaning or other methods may be used to improve the leak, depending on the level of limescale. However, if backflow leakage persists even after cleaning, the product will need to be replaced as appropriate.
