Hitachi Industrial Equipment Systems Refrigerated Air Dryer

This is an air dryer for air compressors. A model change from the previous model HDR-15AX2. The processed air flow rate has been increased to accommodate the discharge air volume of the G series. Approximately 20% increase compared to the HDR-15AX2 (2.5m ³ /min → 3.0m ³ /min). Compatible with high ambient temperatures (standard compatible with 45°C, can operate up to 50°C). The heat exchanger uses a low-pressure loss all-stainless steel plate-type heat exchanger. This minimizes energy loss due to pressure loss and also improves corrosion resistance.
If the delivery address is a private residence (single-family home or apartment building), a business name is required. Please note that delivery may not be possible without a business name. *Depending on the delivery location, the delivery date may be postponed and additional shipping charges may apply. *Due to deliveries made using large vehicles (4 tons or larger), customers may be asked to collect their packages from the truck depending on the delivery location. *The driver will not assist with unloading. *The air processing capacity is measured at an ambient temperature of 30°C, an inlet air temperature of 45°C, an inlet air pressure of 0.7MPa, and a pressure dew point of 10°C. *The initial pressure loss of the air dryer is 0.01MPa or less. *Not subject to the Electrical Appliance and Material Control Act. *Please consult us separately if using in locations where corrosive gases are generated. *Operating at an operating pressure below the operating pressure range will significantly deteriorate the dryer's dew point. *External dimensions exclude protrusions.
