Based on ISO 8573-1 (Compressed air - Contamination quality and purity class), a third-party organization (TUV) conducted measurements of the oil concentration in the discharged compressed air of Hitachi oil-free screw compressors (DSP). The test proved that the oil content in the discharged compressed air was at the "Class Zero" level, the highest quality class.
*In order to obtain compressed air with Class Zero cleanliness, it is essential that the oil and organic solvent components contained in the air at the compressor installation location have concentrations at Class Zero levels. If the surrounding environment of the compressor installation location is poor, compressed air with Class Zero cleanliness cannot be obtained.
New Heat Safety Mode function: If operation is expected in an installation environment where the ambient temperature is constantly high, the Heat Safety Mode is an effective function that reduces the amount of discharged air according to the ambient temperature, preventing deterioration of the equipment components and ensuring a stable air supply.
