Heat-shielded pistons allow for ambient temperatures of 45-50°C. The heat-shielded piston eliminates the need for bearings at the small end of the piston connecting rod, which is susceptible to compression heat. Furthermore, the hollow aluminum piston is coated with a super engineering plastic. The coating insulates from compression heat, and the hollow structure efficiently cools the entire piston, reducing the temperature of the large-end bearing. This ensures product reliability even in high-temperature environments. The tank-mounted model can be used up to 50°C, and the packaged model can be used up to 45°C. (Note: Operation continues even when the upper limit is exceeded.) [*] Patent pending. An offset structure and improved air valve increase discharge air volume by up to 3%. The offset structure suppresses the tilt of the piston ring, which is typical of oscillating pistons, improving sealing performance. Combined with an improved air valve, this increases discharge air volume by up to 3% (compared to the nominal value of the previous model). [*] Patent pending. In addition, the warranty on the compressor itself has been extended from the previous one year to two years.
Green Product An environmentally friendly, oil-free green product that does not use lubricants (oil in the intake air is included in the exhaust air). No need for lubrication, so it is hassle-free and also has improved durability and efficiency.
Contributing to carbon neutrality (packaging)
The conventional PUSC control has been upgraded to PUSC II. While maintaining ease of use, the unloading is reduced according to the operation interval and the motor is stopped. Power consumption is reduced by up to 15% compared to the previous model. This contributes to carbon neutrality.
The FitLive Connect app is now compatible with Bluetooth®-enabled devices. Previously, the FitLive service was only available on certain medium- and large-sized devices, but now it's available on BabyCon devices too. The FitLive Connect app is a smart device application that allows you to use some of the FitLive service's features on Bluetooth®-enabled devices, such as the Package BabyCon. By registering a user ID in advance, you can use the app without a service contract or usage fees.
