Description
We have developed a ratchet mechanism with a structure that focuses on "light idling torque." Compared to the ratchet mechanism that is currently widely used in the market and uses an integrated pawl to push up the gear, it achieves overwhelmingly light idling. It has the same level of idling torque as the conventional 2-jaw method.
It features a "light idle torque that allows the ratchet mechanism to function from the beginning to the end of the work," a "72-tooth gear that allows work even in places with difficult swing width," and a "compact head circumference design" similar to sockets. This is a new ratchet handle that has succeeded in combining dimensions.
We have developed a new locking mechanism that brings out the characteristics of the Z-EAL series' ball dimples, which have the effect of attracting each other when joined.
