The double-sided insert type general-purpose shoulder milling cutter "WWX series" uses a proprietary "X-shape" insert developed in pursuit of strength, and is economical as it can be used with 6 corners on both sides, and the wiper blade has a large radius, eliminating the need for grinding. A general-purpose shoulder milling cutter that achieves a good finished surface even with grade inserts.

2. The optimal rake face shape and curved cutting edge prevent chips from scattering to the bottom and outer circumferential surfaces, maintaining a good surface finish.
3. The conical seat provides a wide seating area, and the curved insert holder provides highly reliable clamping.
4. Although it is a double-sided type, the cutting edge uses an axial rake angle of 9°, which is the same as a single-sided type, achieving low resistance and suppressing chatter vibration even in thin workpieces.
5. Achieving a seatless design with a thick insert allows for a large chip pocket, allowing for a wide range of blade counts.
