Description
Diamond Coat US735 exhibits stable performance with less damage at the cutting edge, which is unique to machining stainless steel, which is a difficult-to-cut material.
It is also suitable for machining super alloys such as Ni (nickel)-based alloys and Co (cobalt)-based alloys, which are extremely difficult to machine materials.
This solves the problem of abnormal wear during low-speed cutting of soft steel that is prone to welding, and during medium-low speed and interrupted cutting where cutting edges are likely to break.
US735 is recommended for low speed cutting.
General turning processing of austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, ferritic/martensitic stainless steel, and precipitation hardening stainless steel
