The MC6100 series successfully alleviates tensile stress, disperses the impact during cutting, and suppresses abnormal fractures.
CVD-coated carbide grade MC6115 for steel turning: Thermal stability and wear resistance have been significantly improved in the high-speed cutting range.
MC6115 has further improved welding resistance, improved dimensional accuracy and surface finish, and has a gold exterior color to improve wear identification.
