*If the machine or workpiece material lacks rigidity, chatter vibrations and abnormal noise may occur. In that case, please adjust the rotation speed and feed rate at the same rate, or reduce the depth of cut.
*For side cutting, down cutting is recommended.
*Using water-soluble cutting fluid is effective.
*DLC coating is the first recommendation for resin, but if surface quality or tool life deteriorates, please use non-coating.
