*When using center through or collet through, insert the collet until it hits the back of the square hole. If the insertion length of the blade is short, coolant leakage will occur.
*Please check the dimensions of the tap you are using and select the correct collet.
*Please check the tightening torque using a torque wrench, etc.
*When using pipe taps, please use A taps or long shank taps.
*For general-purpose cutting taps, M10 to M20 are recommended. For high hardness materials and raised taps, M10 to M16 are recommended.
*When using the SMH16 GHC type collet, please screw the preset screw all the way into the holder.
*Please use the coolant pressure at 7MPa or less.
