The indexable drill PD series exhibits excellent chip evacuation due to the guide groove at the tip of the body and high smoothness.
We offer a variety of body variations depending on the hole depth.
Guide groove at the tip of the body realizes smooth chip evacuation. A high-precision finish is added to the groove to further improve chip evacuation.
A 4-corner specification that uses the same insert on the outer periphery and center, making it economical and easy to manage tools. (XCMT03... is 2 corner specification)

For machining that requires even more durability, a special insert is provided on the peripheral blade. )
Highly efficient machining is possible with internal oil supply. The insert arrangement balance has been optimized to achieve high feed conditions.

*Clogged oil holes may cause breakage problems. Be sure to attach a filter to the oil supply system.
