Description
A 90° tip angle type that emphasizes the quality of the exit hole. Achieves long life even at high feed rates.
*Cutting oil is not required, but please take sufficient measures to prevent dust (vacuum dust collection).
*The machinability of CFRP is greatly affected by the properties of the resin and its content, and in the case of thin sheets, especially by the holding conditions.
*Refer to the cutting condition standard table and lower the feed rate just before penetration for thin plates.
*For thick plates, set the cutting speed lower.
*When performing wet processing with approved cutting oil, the cutting speed can be increased to around 200m/min.
