A radius type carbide end mill that enables highly efficient rough machining of high hardness materials.
The AE-HFE-H high-feed type reduces cutting resistance with its unique compound radius shape, and enables high-speed, high-feed machining with an overhang length of L/D=7.
The straight part is set with consideration for re-polishing, and a resource recycling-oriented machining environment is achieved through re-polishing.
In addition, it uses the DUROREY coating for high-hardness steel, which exhibits high chipping resistance even with workpieces over 60HRC, enabling long tool life and high-speed machining.
For processing tool steel, pre-hardened steel, tempered steel (~75HRC)

*Please adjust the rotation speed, feed rate, and depth of cut depending on usage conditions such as machining shape, depth of cut, machine rigidity, and workpiece holding.
*If the pick amount is greater than the effective diameter (DCF), cusps may occur on the machined surface.
