A radius type carbide end mill that enables highly efficient rough machining of high hardness materials.
The AE-CRE-H high-efficiency type has a large positive R shape that allows for both large depth of cut and high feed processing.
The straight part is set with consideration for re-polishing, and a resource recycling-oriented machining environment is achieved through re-polishing.
In addition, it uses the DUROREY coating for high-hardness steel, which exhibits high chipping resistance even with workpieces over 60HRC, enabling long tool life and high-speed machining.
