Works effectively under light to moderate pressure. Because it is a one-touch type that can be easily attached with screws, it is difficult for the core to move.
For deburring, rust removal, scratch removal, spatter removal, iron grinding and polishing.
* Always wear protective glasses, work gloves, a dust mask, and a safety hat when using the tool. * Use at or below the maximum rotation speed. * The color of the sandpaper may vary, even within the same grit size. This is not a defect and can be used with confidence. * Use with care to avoid worker exposure. * Be aware of the disc replacement period. If the sanding ability decreases, or excessive heat or unusual noise occurs, the disc may be worn. Continued use may increase the load and cause damage or an accident, so replace with a new disc immediately. * Do not use near flammable or combustible materials. Sparks or heat may ignite, resulting in a fire or explosion. * Test run a new disc for at least 3 minutes before using it, and at least 1 minute before resuming use.
