The cutter body is made of a special aluminum alloy that is lightweight and tough.
The PCD tip is brazed into a steel cartridge allowing axial adjustment and the PCD tip can be resharpened up to three times ensuring increased tool life.
It features an adjustable cartridge that allows for a depth of cut of up to 8mm with a corner radius of 0.4 or 0.8mm depending on the cartridge used.
