- It has passed four airtightness tests and is safe to use with low gas consumption.
- Precautions
- Select the appropriate nozzle model (standard #2 nozzle) and tighten it. Connect the oxygen supply, open the preheating oxygen valve and the acetylene (propane) valve, and check that there is sufficient suction at the acetylene (propane) connection before connecting the acetylene (propane) supply for proper use.
- A flashback arrestor must be installed in the acetylene (propane) gas passage of the cutting torch.
- Before use, check the nozzle and all gas valves for leaks. Ignition is only permitted after the inspection is passed.
- When igniting the cutting torch, first open the acetylene (propane) handwheel to ignite the acetylene (propane). Immediately after ignition, open the oxygen regulating valve handwheel to adjust the flame.
- Contact with grease is strictly prohibited to prevent combustion or explosion caused by oxygen.
- No part of the cutting torch may be struck.
- In the event of backfire, the oxygen valve and acetylene (propane) valve should be shut off immediately.
- This product must be operated by qualified professionals with the necessary certifications.
