The SEC-Gole Mill series is a cutter for high efficiency rough machining and finishing of cast iron parts (engine cylinder blocks, transmission cases, etc.).
Cutter exclusively for cast iron high feed. Multi-blade design (approximately 3 blades per inch)
Equipped with an easy-to-operate blade deflection fine adjustment mechanism for finishing.
Highly reliable vertical insert specification for finishing. Economical insert with 8 corners.
An 8-corner specification is achieved by arranging the same number of inserts vertically and horizontally. (Carbide insert only)
For finishing cast iron parts (engine cylinder blocks, transmission cases, etc.).
*The insert is not included in the main body.
*Be sure to adjust the height of the finished cutting edge before use.
*Please note that using the tool with the adjustment screw loosened may cause damage to the tool.
*(A better machined surface can be obtained by adjusting the finishing blade runout to 2μm or less.)
*GFXC type can be used with fewer installed teeth. In this case, install the insert only in the mounting position indicated by the marking.
*Here, remove the screws at the mounting positions where the insert will not be installed.
