AC8000P series, a new grade of steel turning that realizes absolute stable machining.
Achieves absolute stable machining in all scenes from high-speed cutting to intermittent cutting.
AC8015P: Excellent wear resistance, ideal for high-speed continuous machining of mild steel. Suppresses crater damage due to chip scraping Doubles crater wear resistance.
AC8020P: Achieves both wear resistance and fracture resistance in high-efficiency machining of high-hardness materials and forged materials. Chipping is suppressed by further increasing the strength of the alumina layer. Chipping resistance 2.5 times or more.
AC8025P: The first recommended grade that boasts overwhelming reliability. Surface smoothing treatment significantly suppresses welding and chipping. More than double the welding defect resistance.
AC8035P: Suppresses defects in intermittent processing. The special surface treatment reduces the tensile residual stress in the coating film and greatly suppresses defects. Fracture resistance is more than doubled.
