Highly sensitive oil detection indicator.
Even a single drop of oil instantly changes color from white to red, making hard-to-detect oil leaks quickly visible.
It can be easily installed by simply attaching the separately provided stickers to both ends, and can be removed cleanly.
It can detect a wide range of oils, from insulating oils used in oil-filled equipment (such as transformers and oil circuit breakers) to hydraulic oils and silicone-based oils.
Simply attach it to pipe flanges, valves, etc. to quickly detect oil leaks.
The indicators and stickers can also be cut at any point using scissors or similar.
Check for leaks in areas prone to oil leakage, such as flanges and valves on oil-filled equipment (e.g., transformers, oil circuit breakers, capacitors), around the lids of reagent bottles and oil storage containers during storage or transportation, and immediately after connecting outdoor oil supply pipes.
*The installation surface should be as smooth as possible. Also, remove any water, oil, rust, dust, frost, etc. from the installation surface beforehand. Unevenness or dirt may cause the indicator to fall off.
*If the indicator becomes discolored, damaged, or soiled, replace it.
*When disposing of the product, please dispose of it properly in accordance with the guidelines of your local government.
*Do not bend the indicator when using it, as this may cause damage or abnormal discoloration of the discolored part.
*Do not hit or rub the product as this may cause damage or abnormal discoloration of the discolored parts.
*Do not use in environments exceeding 150°C. Doing so may result in quality problems such as reduced durability.
*Please install the sticker in an environment of 10°C or above. In low-temperature environments below 10°C, the adhesive on the sticker will harden and may not stick properly, making it impossible to install.
*Cannot be used underwater.
*Please keep away from open flames as there is a risk of combustion.
*If oil gets on the entire surface of the sticker, the adhesive strength of the sticker will decrease and it may fall off.
*If the oil adhering to the indicator disappears due to evaporation, etc., the color may return to its original white color.
*If there is only a small amount of oil on the indicator, it may return to its original color (white) over time.
*The discoloration tone (shade) may vary depending on the type of oil.
