ESCO Insulated Heavy Duty Nippers

The blade is carefully hardened to a hardness of approximately HRC64. The material is chrome vanadium high-performance steel that has been oil-hardened and tempered. It is forged to be very sturdy. Complies with DIN EN/IEC 60900 standards. The 1000V insulated handle, made of two different materials, is colored red and yellow to differentiate it from non-insulated tools. It has a forged axle that can withstand heavy continuous use. The joint is made of a forged axle rivet for excellent durability. The optimal adjustment of the cutting angle and leverage ratio provides particularly high cutting performance without applying force. It requires 20% less force than a typical shave cutter of the same size. It has an integrated insulated retaining ring for mounting a slip-proof device. Suitable for copper wires up to 16mm2 and aluminum wires up to 35mm2.
