ESCO [ESD] Precision end nippers (with spring)

Spring loaded. High precision nippers ideal for extremely precise cutting work related to electronics and precision equipment. Precision 3-piece box joint. Double open spring with low resistance means no need to open the jaws for repeated cutting. Polished or mirror polished (only finish number 2) and a delicate oil film effectively prevent rust. No chrome peeling will cause circuit failure. Forged for great durability. Special tool steel, oil quenched and tempered. Electrostatic energy is slowly transferred from the handle. Complies with valid standards (e.g. IEC TR 61 340-5, DIN EN 61 340-5, SP Method 2472).
