*When measuring thickness through paint, the thickness of the object can be measured when the paint thickness is about 1mm or less and the ratio of the paint thickness to the thickness of the object being measured is 1:8 or more. *However, there are cases where measurement is not possible depending on the condition of the paint or the object being measured. In addition, it is not possible to measure the thickness of the paint. *If the product comes with general calibration documents, the relevant documents will be attached when shipped. *If you require the name and address of the person requesting the certificate, be sure to inform us of the name and address of the person requesting the certificate from the option settings when ordering. *If you do not inform us of the name and address of the person requesting the certificate, the name and address of the person requesting the certificate will be left blank. *The number of days until delivery of the product with the calibration certificate is about 2 weeks, as the calibration will be performed after the order is confirmed. (However, please note that additional days will be required during the year-end and New Year holidays and long holidays.) *We cannot accept cancellations or returns after ordering. *Please check the instruction manual for other details. *Products with calibration certificates cannot be canceled after ordering. *Only products that include (calibration certificate and traceability system diagram) will come with the relevant documents. *Calibration points will be calibrated at the standard points set by the calibration company.
*Products whose part number includes (English calibration certificate included) will be calibrated at a calibration point established by an external calibration company based on the ISO quality management system and shipped after the documentation is issued.
