IMADA Urethane spherical compression fixture UR series

It is ideal for compressive measurement of parts where buttons on devices are operated with fingers. It prevents damage to the measurement object and can also be used for final inspection before shipment.
This hemispherical compression tool is made of urethane material, and gives a feel similar to that of pressing a sample between your fingers.
You can choose from two different hardness levels depending on your measurement conditions.
We can also accommodate custom orders for changes in dimensions, materials, load capacity, etc. to suit the sample and measurement conditions.
The UR series is a spherical urethane compression jig that can handle a maximum load of 50N. It is a semi-spherical urethane compression jig that can approximate the feel of pressing a sample with your finger. It is ideal for measuring the compression of parts of devices that are operated with fingers, such as buttons.
