The counting function has been sped up to support a gauge sensor with 0.1 μm resolution.
The equivalent of 1.2 m / s, which is the same as a gauge with a resolution of 1 μm, is secured in terms of spindle speed.
By installing option boards such as BCD output, analog output, and comparator output in the slots on the back of the main unit, you can freely select the required functions.
It is also possible to connect and use a sensor with 10 μm resolution / 1 μm resolution.
(Connector conversion cable (sold separately) is required).
Functions can be added with an optional board (sold separately)
