This product was developed for inspecting the inner and bottom surfaces of difficult-to-inspect small diameter holes, blind holes, and deep grooves.
Coaxial lighting is used, and by aligning the human line of sight with the optical axis of the lighting, it is possible to inspect inside holes where light cannot reach.
It comes standard with a switchable lens for magnification of 2x or 3x, and uses an LED as the light source.
As options, we offer a "polarizing filter" for inspecting specular workpieces, a "Bore Loupe-PUL" for increasing magnification, and a "Working Distance Extender WDE-B" to extend the working distance and inspect the inside of a longer hole.
*All options are attached to the 3x lens and used.
The SA type is a product that is fixed to a desk.
