It has a special structure that does not dry out even at 80°C. This structure allows the nano aluminum and zinc oxide contained in the grease to be optimally mixed, eliminating gaps between the heating element or heat sink, thus achieving excellent heat transfer.
It is non-conductive.
It is an easy-to-use syringe type.
Comes with a spatula that is convenient for applying grease.
