* This expansion box is not compatible with video cards.
* This expansion box does not support full power supply specifications, but it provides 15W of power. Some laptops, such as the MacBook Pro, take longer to charge. When you connect the dock to the host laptop, the charging icon may appear on the screen, but please note that it can only be charged when the laptop is in sleep mode and it takes a long time to charge.
* 5K support is available only on Thunderbolt 3 compatible 5K monitors. It is not compatible with DisplayPort compatible 5K monitors.
* To achieve 4K x 2K resolution, a 4K compatible display is required (4K is sometimes referred to as 4K x 2K).
* Some monitors may be limited to 4K resolution at 30Hz when connected via DisplayPort. Applicable monitors include the Dell P2715Q, Viewsonic VX2475Smhl-4K, Philips 288P6LJEB, LG 31MU97C-B and Asus PB287Q. (For these models, set to 4K / 30Hz.)
* When connecting a display to the Thunderbolt 3 USB-C port, a USB-C video adapter may be required depending on the input type of the display.
