*We do not deliver to private residences (single-family homes or apartment complexes). *Products with proofreading documents cannot be canceled after ordering. *Products with proofreading documents and traceability system diagrams can only be ordered online. *Applicable documents are included only with products whose part number includes (JCSS calibration book included), (general calibration book/traceability system diagram included), or (calibration book/traceability system diagram included). *Products with calibration certificates include "Mitutoyo calibration certificate with traceability system diagram", which is calibrated by the manufacturer, and "calibration calibration certificate by calibration company, with traceability system diagram", which is calibrated at calibration points based on ISO91 quality management system. Comes with a traceability system diagram. *Products that include (JCSS calibration certificate included) in the product number require the user's name and official address to be written on the ordering document.
*Products whose part number includes (English version of calibration certificate included) will be calibrated at a calibration point based on the standards of an external calibration company based on the ISO quality management system, and will be shipped after the document is issued.
