A small counter for linear gauges that can be used in-line or in a measuring room. It is fast and space-saving, realizing visualization of the production site, improved productivity, and information accumulation.
Up to eight small counters (EJ counters) can be linked together, and up to 16 linear gauges can be connected.
Each unit can be directly connected to the DIN rail without cables, so it doesn't take up much space. All connected units and gauges can be driven by a single power supply.
By connecting a small counter (EJ counter) to an interface unit, data can be output via an industrial interface (CC-Link). This enables constant data monitoring and trend management. It also has a USB interface, making it easy to connect to a PC.
It is possible to perform sum/difference calculations between two axes connected to the same counter.
