Description
This PoE extender supports IEEE802.3bt (90W) / at (30W) / af (15.4W) PoE power reception and can extend the distance up to 100m while supplying power and communicating with PoE devices (IEEE802.3at/af). *1, *2, *3, *4, *5, *6, *7, *8
By receiving PoE power via IEEE802.3bt (supports up to 90W), this product can supply PoE power via IEEE802.3at (30W) and af (15.4W). *4, *5
This is an industrial PoE extender that complies with the dust and water resistance standard IP67 and enables the transmission and extension of PoE signals outdoors.
It can operate in a wide range of environments, with an operating temperature range of -10 to 50°C.
The main unit operates on PoE power, so no power cable is required when relaying or extending.
By using up to six of these relays, you can extend the LAN cable length up to approximately 700m (1000Mbps). *2, *3, *4, *5, *6, *7, *8 *1 This is the theoretical value based on the LAN cable standard. *2 The PoE power supplied through this relay will be reduced due to power loss in the LAN cable and power consumption by the relay itself. *3 The maximum number of units that can be extended may vary depending on the standard of the PoE supply device and the cable length. *4 The PoE supply device must be IEEE802.3af/at/bt compliant, and the PoE device that receives power must be IEEE802.3at/af compliant. *5 If the PoE supply device is IEEE802.3af, this relay will not output PoE power. (Power will be supplied, but the voltage and power output will not comply with the PoE standard.) *6 The LAN cable used for PoE power supply must be a Category 5e/6/6a straight cable with a thickness of 24AWG or larger. Waterproof performance may not be achieved when using a LAN cable thinner than 24AWG. *7 Use a LAN cable with a LAN connector diameter of 13mm or less. If the LAN connector is 13mm or larger, the waterproof cap cannot be passed through. *8 If the LAN connector has a latch cover, remove it before use. Recommended cables (manufactured by Sanwa Supply): KB-T6AAD series (23AWG) *Requires removal of the anti-snap cover KB-T6POE series (22AWG) *Requires removal of the latch cover KB-T6TS series (23AWG) KB-T5T series (24AWG), etc. *9 This product's PoE OUT is only compatible with IEEE802.3af/at. IEEE802.3bt PoE devices are not supported.
