With the Mini DisplayPort (Ver.1.2 or later) port, you can output up to 4K / 60Hz images to an HDMI display / TV.
HDR video can be output when a display is connected to an HDR-compatible computer.
You can set the external display to the extended display setting to work in a large-screen workspace, or use the mirror mode for presentations on a projector or other device.
Models that support audio output from Mini DisplayPort support audio input from the HDMI input terminal of TVs and displays.
No driver installation is required. You can use it just by connecting.
* An environment in which the main unit, display, cables, etc. all support 4K / 60Hz is required.
* Operates with power from the Mini DisplayPort terminal of the connected device. If the power supply is not stable, it may not work or the operation may become unstable.
* It may not operate normally depending on the environment and equipment.
* Operation is not guaranteed for all devices.
* HDMI cable is not included.
* To perform HDMI HDR output on Windows 10, you need to set "WindowsHDColor" in the display settings.
* It may be necessary to set the display and TV to "High Dynamic Range (HDR)".
* When using content or applications that do not support HDR, turn off the HDR setting. (When HDR is turned on for non-HDR compatible content and applications, the screen display color may differ from the actual color.)
* Computers, projectors, displays, connection cables, etc. must support the same resolution.
