Equipped with a newly developed drive unit, it achieves high-speed printing of 115 characters per second (in full-width high-speed mode). It also comes with a new printer head, achieving a longer life. It also uses a new long-life ink cartridge with a capacity of 2.5 million characters, and can print on various documents such as delivery slips and invoices at low running costs. It is smaller and lighter than previous models, making it easier to install.
