*We cannot accept changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges after an order has been placed due to customer convenience. If an order is unavoidably canceled, we may charge a cancellation fee at a later date.
*As a general rule, we cannot accept changes to the delivery location or delivery date after an order has been placed. If you change the delivery location or delivery date, or if you are unable to receive the item on the delivery date due to your own circumstances, such as being absent, we will reschedule the delivery and charge you a "re-delivery fee." Please note that if you are unable to receive the item even after rescheduling, the order will be canceled and you will be charged a "cancellation fee."
*Depending on the area and location, we may be unable to deliver to your doorstep or ship to you.
*A professional delivery person will visit you at the time of delivery. Please enter any confirmation information for delivery on the "Specify options" screen after adding the item to your basket. Orders are only available online.
*Due to the need to arrange personnel, it may take 1 to 3 days longer than indicated.
*For deliveries to floors other than the first floor, delivery must be via elevator. If there is no elevator and the item must be carried up the stairs by hand, we will charge you a "hand-carrying fee." Thank you for your understanding.
*If you order only parts, we will only handle the delivery process.
*If you require installation, please be sure to order it at the same time as the product itself. If not ordered at the same time, an additional installation fee will be charged. *Currently, we do not notify you the day before delivery of Kokuyo furniture products. *The estimated shipping date we inform you of is the delivery date, so please be prepared to receive the item on the estimated shipping date. *We cannot deliver to a designated location, so if you are not at home, we will arrange for a re-delivery.
