Description
This is a test paper that checks the degree of deterioration of fat-containing foods by the TBA method. TBA (Thiobarbituric Acid) reacts with oil degradation products to produce a red pigment. The TBA method is widely used in the food industry as an indicator of the degree of deterioration of various fat-containing foods such as dairy products, butter, cheese, fish meat, livestock products, and cookies. For measurement, steam is applied to the test paper and heating for 2 minutes is required.
