The production of this particular bio-based polymer reduces the use of fossil raw materials by replacing them with sustainable feedstocks produced from biological waste and residues (second-generation renewable feedstocks). The raw materials used to produce the renewable raw materials can be traced back to their original collection point and the date of the renewable raw materials from carefully selected suppliers. The final polymer is sustainability certified by ISCC PLUS, a trusted global certification system for bio-based polymers and their processing manufacturers.
