ep Dualfilter TIPS filter tips incorporate two layers of filtering for protection against contamination. Made from flexible, hydrophobic material, the two filter layers fit perfectly within the tip, blocking nearly 100% of aerosols1) and biomolecules. This filtering effect is achieved using multiple, carefully designed pore sizes. The layer facing the sample protects against droplets, splashes, and aerosols. The layer facing the pipette nose cone acts as a second barrier against contamination, reliably blocking biomolecules.
