ep Dualfilter TIPS filter tips incorporate two layers of filter for protection against contamination. Made from a flexible, hydrophobic material, the two filter layers fit perfectly within the tip, blocking nearly 100% of aerosols and biomolecules. Dual protection for pipettes and samples. PCR inhibitor-free. Available in Eppendorf PCR Celan/Sterile (sterile, pyrogen-free) and Eppendorf Forensic DNA Grade. Tested by the Fraunhofer Institute for Toxicololgy and Experimental Medicine (ITEM) in Hannover, Germany. Each production lot is continuously tested by an independent laboratory. Also available for 16- and 24-channel pipettes. The long, narrow epT.IPS and ep Dualfilter TIPSR provide optimal pipetting results in Eppendorf 5.0 mL tubes, conical tubes, cell culture flasks, deep-well plates, and other deep vessels. Furthermore, there is less risk of contact with the walls of these deep vessels, significantly reducing the risk of cross-contamination.
