Set the fitting nut on the tube. Set the ferrule in the tube as shown and insert it. (Cut the tip of the tube in parallel so that there is no burr.) Tighten the fitting nut after confirming that the tip of the ferrule hits the valve body connection hole. After touching the ferrule, it fits in 1/2 turn to the right.
