ART Barrier Filter Tips' unique self-sealing barrier filter provides 100% gas and liquid protection, preventing sample contamination within the tip and preventing contamination when handling DNA, viruses, and radiolabeled substances. The micropoint design features a tip that is 50% thinner than a blunt-end tip and more tapered than a beveled-end tip. This reduces surface tension at the tip tip, improving accuracy, especially when handling small samples.
