Description
This sampler pumps up groundwater from holes, tubes, pipes, boreholes, wells, observation wells, etc. with a minimum diameter of 5 cm, several tens of meters or more below the surface.
It is also suitable as a water sampler for pumping water from large sources such as reservoirs, ponds, lakes, dams, and indoor facilities.
It is made entirely of fluororesin (FEP and PTFE), and the FEP tube (*1) of the body has an outer diameter of 4.4 cm and an inner diameter of 3.8 cm.
The screw-type structure allows for easy disassembly and cleaning, and the material is non-sticky.
You can select the amount of water to be collected and the conditions for collection, and increase the volume with optional replacement tubes and couplings.
The upper screw cap is a standard cap with 20mm inverted triangular holes on both sides.
The upper hole diameter for passing the suspension wire is 6mm.
The lower screw cap is designed to minimize leakage of the sampled water even when the sampler is pulled above ground.
The bottom hole diameter of the lower standard screw cap is 24mm.
When the sampler descends, the sampled water enters and leaves the tube through the holes in the upper and lower caps, and when it ascends, the PTFE ball in the lower cap blocks the hole at the bottom, making it difficult to discharge. Therefore, it is not suitable for sampling water from springs that contain debris, etc.
Individually packaged in plasticizer-free polyethylene bags, they can be used immediately after opening.
